You must have rights or permission from the owner to submit the film on their behalf to submit the work

All movies must have English subtitles or they will not be selected for screening

Submitted work must not be older than 5 years old

The fee is non-refundable

Participants pay for accommodation and tickets to the festival venue on their own

Materials for the films (posters, trailers, footage and annotations) can be used to promote the festival in social networks

Fully produced films may not be posted on the internet or used under any conditions. Any screenings of the film are agreed with the authors

The jury does not give any comments on the work
