We show your movies on the big screen in Leipzig with a live audience and jury. At Blue Raven you can submit your first movie, it will be appreciated. We want to unlock your potential and increase your chances of success in auteur filmmaking. We are also interested in low-budget films, because the most important thing is new ideas, your vision and unique approach.
Winners at the end of each season receive:
certificates of achievement
the best film of the year gets $1,000 as a prize
help in promotion
Our team is made up of professionals from different areas of the movie industry. Each season we invite judges from around the world to select the best Blue Raven films. Our festival is not afraid to unleash the talents of both aspiring and experienced filmmakers, join us and we'll see you at the screening!

Unfortunately, our festival budget is limited and we cannot accept everyone for free
The submission fee is non-refundable, the fee is paid to review the submission
Your work must be no older than 5 years from 2025
Yes, your works can be in any language and accompanied by English subtitles
You must have all the rights of the movie to participate in the festival
